Long-distance adventure touring demands a jacket that earns its keep over thousands of kilometres in unpredictable conditions. The Atacama was designed to be exactly that jacket.

Built on a high-resistance 600D 84T polyester and technical mesh chassis, the Atacama adds Cordura® fabric at the shoulders for exceptional abrasion resistance and Ripstop polyamide reinforcement at the elbows for tear-stop protection. Windflex® Level 2 certified shoulder and elbow protectors deliver the safety specification adventure touring demands. The removable In&Out 9K/9K membrane adds weather protection — over or under the jacket depending on conditions — without the thermal penalty of a fixed laminated construction.

The multi-point adventure waist system — combining velcro tabs, a strap buckle and a zipper — delivers a three-dimensional fit that stays locked through technical riding. Sleeve card pocket. Neoprene collar and cuffs. Back protector pocket. Certification: EN 17092-3:2020 Class AA.

Independent bicep adjustment for precise control of sleeve volume on the upper arm.

The bicep adjuster allows precise regulation of the upper sleeve to improve fit and comfort on the move. By adapting the volume around the arm, it helps reduce wind flapping, keeps the protector area more stable, and helps the sleeve stay better positioned while riding.

Precision waist with velcro, buckle and zipper for a complete multi-point adventure fit.

Developed for adventure and touring garments subjected to varied riding positions and prolonged use, this three-mechanism system combines velcro tabs for quick coarse adjustment, a buckle strap for structured tensioning, and a zipper for fine volume adjustment. The result is a waist that stays perfectly locked in place regardless of terrain, speed or body movement, without creating localized pressure anywhere.
